RIP Pope Francis

My first email I read this morning was NPR announcing that Pope Francis died last night. I have to admit I was surprised that how hard the news of his death hit me. I am not Catholic, but I have been following his time as Pope closely and I do believe he tried to use his post for good. Do I agree with everything he and the church he led stood for no I do not. That however doesn't take away from the good he tried to do.
